Purchased 7/24/2020. Tested 7/25/2020. Trims adequately. Bump head feature may not work as great as desired. Tried it a couple of times with no line advancement. Didn’t want to bang it too hard. Ended up manually advancing, which is no big deal, just takes a moment and perhaps dirty hand as a result. A little awkward for a tall (6’4″) person to get the proper angle for trimming around stone border; an angled shaft might work better. No game breaker. Price is right for my homeowner use.

I recently purchased this trimmer/edger and blower combo set and I honestly am at amazement with this. I used to use black and decker products but, I was gifted a full bundle packet of ryobi table saw, drill, vacuum, flashlight then had to convert over to the full line of products. This trimmer edger just made my product line more powerful. This trimmer edger cuts through my grass with ease and with only 1 line output, I don’t go through line as fast. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to cut the cords and not use gas trimmera

The edger with the wheel is super handy and it’s a lot easier and faster than having to hover over what you want to edge. Bought this strimmer 6 weeks ago and generally this is great. I have had no problem with it cutting through grass and stubborn weeds. Just a shame that the string is never at its maximum length so cutting circle is reduced. String needs to be hardier.

Bought this trimmer/edger mostly to do the edging on my flex edging which separates my grass area from my landscape rock garden areas. The design of my yard was completed by landscape design artists which has many curves and straight line edges which makes it look professional and interesting. However, it is very difficult to use a line trimmer to complete a nice edge along the flex edging until I bought this edger which is easy to do the job. I get many compliments now bu neighbours who ask me which landscape company takes care of my yard work.
