The 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub from Sabrent is designed to expand the USB connectivity of your computer so you can use and charge multiple peripherals at the same time. This USB hub features seven USB 3.0 Type-A ports, each of which comes with its own individual power switch and a data transfer rate up to 5 Gb/s. The three dedicated charging ports are designed with smart charging technology, which optimize current speeds up to 2.4A per port, for a total power output of 60W.
You can monitor the hub’s charging status using built-in LED indicators, which light up blue when its corresponding port is in use. The 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. With its plug-and-play design, you can get up and running as soon as you plug in this hub’s USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 Type-A connector.

This was one of the items purchased in conjunction with my new PC (also purchased from B&H). It works great. I’m just starting to move to USB 3.0 devices. But since they are backward compatible. It’s a win/win scenario. And the Sabrent brand has been around for quite a few years as well. Dependable to say the least.

This hub is a great tool for home use. Having the last 3 ports for charging saves me having to buy another charging hub. The power lights next to each port is also very helpful. Love it!

I purchased this USB Hub for today’s 3.0. I already have 2 Lexmark Laser Printers, that are 3.0 for my 2nd PC layout. With more peripherals to come. Being able to shut off the power of plugs is a benefit without the need for explanation. Last but not least, is the capability of charging today’s electronics via USB is becoming more the rule rather than the exception.

Perfect for organizing the external discs, usb and various others. The 3 charging ports are great, although it has a drawback that it is easy to get confused and use the charging ports for usb devices that may get damaged from the strong current (?). I am only using it for two weeks hope it will remain strong for a long time.

Works as advertised. Useful charging ports. This is substantial device. Not lightweight, bit beefy.

This is an OK hub. However I was expecting a more substantial hub with more body and quality. This is OK but not great.

Product works as intended, I filled out all the ports with no slow down or disconnections. I’ve only had it a month, if any issues come up I’ll update this.
