Requires a proprietary cord. Can’t use a regular USB cord to change length. Would be nice to change to a shorter cord.

This little USB HUB works great with my 2015 (MID) iMac. I use it to attach a keyboard, scanner, printer, and USB memory stick. And, while this isn’t a USB charger, it does provide enough power and current to run my lighted keyboard without any issues. It has a little diffused white power indicating LED in the front near the bottom. I really appreciate this little gadget!

I’ve had this port for about three weeks to a month now. No issues works well. I plugged and it played. Im on a windows 7 machine. I only wish now is that I would have went with maybe a 6 or more port system.
