These worked well until we were using the stove and oven at the same time. If the lid is open when the oven is opened, depending on the temperature of the oven, the plastic holding the pin melts and the cover will no longer open and close properly. We’version done this twice already without thinking. Wish the plastic was a little more sturdy since it will be coming in contact with heat. Otherwise really easy to use on a daily basis and install. These have worked great with our mostly non-curious, loves the kitchen and cooking 2yo.
