Needed to protect the corner of a shelf adjacent to a computer to avoid head contact when standing up. The ideal orientation would be with the bumper facing down under the shelf but the adhesive strips aren’t sufficient to support the weight of the bumper. Fortunately the bumper shape extends out enough to provide the necessary protection when placed on the shelf.

I think this is a great product although I believe that the glue that comes with it is week and it doesn’t stick well in the surface you attach this too. I think the manufacturer should improve the glue quality of this product.
