I really like this backpack but the shoulder straps are very slippery. They are made out of the same nylon as the rest of the backpack so they constantly slip off my shoulder. After taking this on one work trip the Metal Samsonite Logo on the front fell off. Wish this had a water bottle holder on the side. Overall this is a nice backpack that holds my necessities but could certainly benefit from improvements.

This is a beautiful backpack! It is professional looking and has many pockets and places to store things. Love the nylon to easily clean. Does slide off my shoulder if only carrying on one shoulder. Wish there was an antislip strip inside the strap to keep from slipping. But still a very pretty and useful for carrying my laptop and business essentials.

OPTIMALLY, I WOULD LIKE TO USE THE BACKPACK LIKE A PURSE. HOWEVER, IT IS A LITTLE TOO BIG TO USE ROUTINELY FOR THAT PURPOSE. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOUR COMPANY MADE THE SAME PACK ABOUT 50% SMALLER. THE BAG IS WELL-MADE, AND I LIKE THE COLOR. THE SLIPPERY FABRIC TENDS TO SLIDE OFF MY EQUALLY SLIPPERY COAT. THEREFORE, I CAN’T HANG THE BAG FROM JUST ONE SHOULDER WHEN I’M WEARING THAT GARMENT.

I love the backpack however after only 3 uses the zipper broke. One of the 2 zippers on the top opening no longer works and the zipper stitching is frayed so likely it will completely fail soon. Disappointing after such a small number of uses.

I bought this to carry as a work backpack, and I’m loving it. The big problem with bags I’ve used in the past is that they either have way too many compartments, or not nearly enough. This bag just falls right in the middle and is perfect for me and the items I carry every day. Every item has its own place, and it’s just the right size to fit my things – but it’s not so big that I ended up carrying a bunch of stuff I don’t need. My one and only complaint is that the straps slide off my shoulders if I’m only carrying it on one shoulder. They’re made from the same material as the bag and don’t have any grip to them at all. They’re totally fine when worn on both shoulders.
