I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e in Croatia together with it’s Samsung keyboard. Product is fantastic quality-wise, but is missing one key! Why Samsung produced only US-layout keyboard nobody knows (or maybe someone from Samsung does). It means people from non-US countries cannot use this very good product.

this keyboard has no instructions at all. Some of the keys have 3 different characters on them, the standard, the SHIFT+ upper, and a 3rd that I CANNOT figure out how to activate. I tried Samsung chat support and they had NO IDEA and said they were not trained. If anyone knows, please RESPOND. Earlier review stated same thing, but the reviewer DID NOT explain what he figured out!!!

I suggest this if you are willing to spend a little money. It is not the cheapest, but it is like any other premium product. It works fairly well, and fits perfectly to the tablet. I like this product.

When Imbought my tablet, I also picked up this keyboard, and it worked great for a couple of months. Then it stopped making a proper connection between the pins on the keyboard and the receptacles on the tablet, and not longer inputs the keystrokes. Now, it is just a fancy cover with a keyboard that Insure wished worked.

protection is okay. the keyboard is garbage. sometimes recognizes it’s connected, sometimes doesn’t. shortcuts don’t work and no way to remap them. typing on it is painful. not worth the money. spoiler alert, if you try to return it, the system glitches and you don’t get a label.

I only bought this yesterday but it has got a lot of use already. I enjoy touch typing on it. It is very thin and makes a nice cover when the tablet is not in use. It makes it great to use in Dex mode and I have bought a bluetooth keyboard also. I don’t agree that the keyboard should include a trackpad, it would add weight and this S5e is designed primarily for use as a tablet with some productivity built in through Dex. The separate mouse works very well. Nothing is perfect, I like the magnetic attachment of the tablet to the cover but it can dislodge quite easily although this makes it easy to use as a tablet too by removing it. I did this last night when watching videos. The key placement is generally good and it didn’t take more than a few minutes to adapt to the keyboard. The keys have nice travel and feel with a nice click to them. The angle is fixed but it works fine. It is a simple design and lightweight and thin which suits the tablet. The S5e is a pleasure to use and has plenty of power and Dex works well. I am typing this in Word.

I got this a few weeks ago and I LOVE using this tablet case for typing and surfing the internet. I love the samung dex feature. The only thing that I wish was in the space bar was also a trackpad for the samsung dex mode, or the tablet mode in general.

We got this tablet to replace an Apple iPad 4 after Apple in their infinite wisdom chose not to support it anymore. This tablet is fast and the keyboard is great as well. It does everything perfectly as expected and is a bargain for the price. We are VERY pleased with the tablet’s performance
