It is so fast compared with the Regular drives, easy to used, plug and play, I just love it.

After using this for a couple of months without issues I’m so happy! I use it for video editing with my iPad to make YouTube videos. It’s very fast, even with 4K video there is no hesitation, stuttering, buffering or any noticeable glitching.

Lightning fast transfer, used to make a clone of my internal HD. Booted right up, have bought several Samsung SSDs never had a problem.

I’ve had my T7 for months now and it has performed like a champ! It’s fast, quiet, small, and holds many of my digital images.

I was blown away by the size of this drive. It is literally smaller than my iPhone X. Very easy to drop in your pocket or book bag. Instantly connected to my MacBook and much faster than my previous external drive. Absolutely love it!

I’ve been using it for about two months and I haven’t encountered any problem. The data transfer speed is very good with a slight increase in temperature with heavy use and for long periods In general, I love it and I am sure that my data is in a safe place

I have been using this for about 6 weeks. I have found it to perform super well and according to specs, giving me the very high transfer rates advertised. One downside of this device for me seems to be that it does not play well with other USB attached storage on my machine, I have to detach other USB sticks and drives for it to want to work properly. When I have another USB stick connected it will sometimes connect at lower speed or disconnect randomly. Connecting another USB storage device when this one is connected causes it to disconnect! Weird behavior, but I am dealing with it since the performance is great. I also had issues with the USBC cable that came with the drive, but B&H were kind enough to send me a replacement and have had no issues with that one.

I bought this a month ago, and so far I’m very happy with my purchase, it has exceeded my expectations

I have 6 Samsung SSD Drives. Three (3) Internal and (3) External. Used for Mac OS (internal), Backup of OS (External: T5), and entire iTunes Library (1TB) on the T7. Easily formatted. Incredibly fast! Highly Recommend!

Why do I like this hard drive so much? I got other hard drives that I was using for a video project for my family, their right speeds in their size and general clunkiness made them bad choices. The size the performance in the build quality of this hard drive or something that you should look at I believe they come in higher Drive sizes so if you have a bigger project maybe you should look into those also.

Used as a back-up drive on my Mac. So far no issues and as expected, much faster then my internal HD drive.

This is my second one. Small, low power consumption, I am using these for archiving at the moment. Cannot wait for the 4TB version.

Bought this two months ago never failed, it holds all my old pic I had on a old computer.

I wanted to download some games and have a spot where I could ingest raw files from my camera but didn’t want to sell a kidney to increase the storage in my iMac. This drive is almost as fast as the built-in storage and is tiny and sits unobtrusively under the computer.

This drive is simply Great!

I purchased this SSD to back up my iTune and pictures. I have a Mac Pro 2012 with Samsung SSD 850 Pro as my main drive where iTune and my picture folder reside. I have a HighPoint RocketU 1344A USB 3.1 PCIe card installed too. First attempt to copy iTune (120GB) went with no problem, second attempt to copy my picture folder (50 GB) was a total disaster!! T7 was constantly giving me read and write errors each time on a different image! subsequently T7 would dismount on its own causing loss of data! plus a Mac Os error!! The interesting part was when I dragged the same picture that T7 had previously reported the error it got copied to T7 with no error massage. To check this I decided to use my 2TB Sandisk to see if I get the same error massages which there was none!! Sandisk perform flawlessly. Considering that I had updated T7 firmware before using the T7 and drive was still dismounting on its own made me decide to return it. Thanks to B&H return went through without any problem.

I use the T7 to store photos and all sensitive data on my iMac. It seems as fast as the internal SSD and will be easy to store in fire safe when we are away. It appears to be very durable and would easily fit in a pocket.

Looks sleek and performs well

I bought this a month ago to use to store my Xbox games on my Series X. This is made an amazing experience even better. The load times for my games are incredible and more often than not, I forget that I’m using an external storage to load these games from. I’m so happy with it!

Doesn’t work. It’s complete trash. Also, why are the different colored drives different prices?
