   nicely made, which is the case with Samsung USB sticks. thought the USB A adapter was the storage part, and wondered why my laptop wouldn’t see it. cap falls off if you keep the device in your pants pocket. then I shined a flashlight down into the USB-C part’s open space and realized my error. yes, I realize the name says: with USB A adapter, not with USB C adapter,

   I bought two of these drives to save camera feeds in my Tesla. It’s a Model Y delivered in May 2021 and it has USB-C jacks. It works perfectly, was already formatted to Tesla’s satisfaction, and began recording immediately. The car saves the video from 7 cameras, so installing this chip is a no-brainer if you drive sanely. In the owners manual, Tesla recommended a similar (older) Samsung drive.
