Installing Windows through the Samsung migration program is so convenient and easy. It’s so convenient to be able to upgrade your computer quickly without taking too much time. The best thing is Samsung 2TB 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 Internal SSD makes our computer much faster. I have already been using two Samsung SATA III 2.5 Internal SSD, and three Samsung NVMe M.2 Internal SSD. And One of them is placed in an enclosure and used as an external hard drive. And it is very useful that Samsung Migration allows various settings as well as speed. And it’s also very beneficial to be able to adjust the speed through the migration settings.

Been using the 870 evo 2tb ssd for a few months now and have had NO problems with it. Runs smoothly, no lag whatsoever, and setting it up is very easy. Compatible with a variety of PC specs and if you want to know everything that goes on with the ssd you must download the SAMSUNG MAGICIAN app. .I definitely feel like I made the right choice for my pc by picking this product.

Replaced my ancient hard drive with this and since it was a Mac it was a painless experience copying the old drive to this ssd.Before installing the read/ write speed was 68 for both after the installation the read speed is over 400mps and the write speed is over 500mps.

i bought 3 of these, two 500GB for laptops and one 1TB for my desktop. all went well using the samsung data migration software except for the i7 HP Pavilion 17t-by400 i bought in December of 2021. it refused to clone the EVO until i used Macrium Reflect 8 but the EVO still would not see any drive and refuse to load windows. i reinstalled the original drive and used the HP interface to update the BIOS but it still will not recognize any drives during boot, even the original drive now. after jumping through hoops all day i tried loading linux ubuntu from a thumb drive and it loaded first try. i’m not giving up this battle, just taking a break. i will eventually succeed.

This is my second Samsung drive, and the first 500MB. The first drive, bought years ago, was painfully expensive. While the price has gone up on this one, it is still so cheap that there is no reason to buy spinning platters in this size class. It transformed a pokey, Celeron laptop into a not pokey Celeron laptop. As an aside, it works with Linux.

So, I wanted a 4T drive. I usually get the Pro version of this drive, but could not afford it and I needed the drive space. This works great. Be sure to note that you’ll need to make sure your computer can handle a 4T drive. When I just plugged it in to my laptop, it showed up as a 2T drive and I couldn’t just get it to operate as 4T. As it turned out, I needed to upgrade my BIOS, and format the drive as GPT. Also, if put into an external enclosure, you’ll need to ensure USB 3.1 interface with your computer. USB 3.0 might work…. I don’t know.
