I installed three 1TB SSD into my desktops using Samsung Magician.. One of the best investments to my units. They preform with amazing speed and performance. I highly recommend this type of component. All my electronic products from Samsung perform well in these modern as they should.

I’m using this in a Naim Uniti Core music server because I’m copying hundreds of cds into it and prefer the speed of a ssd over a traditional hard drive. Serves this purpose well.

I have had mine for a while never have had issues with it. It is fast reliable and plenty of storage space for my PS5 being a 2tb solid state drive. Thank You

Purchased this SSD about 3 months ago to replace a flaky ADATA SSD. Since then my PC has ran flawlessly. Samsung EVO is the best.

i bought 3 of these, two 500GB for laptops and one 1TB for my desktop. all went well using the samsung data migration software except for the i7 HP Pavilion 17t-by400 i bought in December of 2021. it refused to clone the EVO until i used Macrium Reflect 8 but the EVO still would not see any drive and refuse to load windows. i reinstalled the original drive and used the HP interface to update the BIOS but it still will not recognize any drives during boot, even the original drive now. after jumping through hoops all day i tried loading linux ubuntu from a thumb drive and it loaded first try. i’m not giving up this battle, just taking a break. i will eventually succeed.

These are my goto drive for my mac pro. Simple to use, never had a problem with them, cost effective and good quality. Keep an eye out. They go on sales every once in a while. I grabbed this third one on sale.

I bought this to help a new computer that a client had that just wasn’t moving fast enough, ordered this drive and swapped the data.. instantly the computer came up way faster.. programs loaded and ran far better.. also upgraded from 4 to 16gb ram so teh computer is really happy right now…… This new drive made the computer come up and be ready to log in in 30 seconds… vast improvement from the 5400 RPM drive… I’ve had 10,000K RPM drives and they just didn’t do what they seemed they should, now this SSD drive promises and does what it should, Move DATA FAST!!

This is my third Samsung SSD. In the past two years, I’ve installed a 860 EVO in a 2012 MacBook Pro and a 2009 MacBook, and now this 870 EVO in a friend’s 2012 MacBook Pro. They gave new life to these old Macs… they’re running like new, especially with maxed-out RAM. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve purchased several of these SSD’s. ALL work flawlessly. I personally think that Samsung drives are the BEST for the money spent! And B & H usually has them for the best price!
