Featuring a compact design and shockproof protection, this laptop weighs just over three pounds and measures just under 0.6″ thin, making it ideal for travel. The 180° hinge allows you to lay the laptop flat on a desk. In its thin, lightweight design, Samsung houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 chipset, featuring a 2.55 GHz Kyro465 8-Core processor, and 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, which can handle productivity apps as well as everyday tasks. The 128GB SSD allows for fast boot times and app load times. While hardware is important, staying connected is also equally important. The Galaxy Book Go utilizes Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) so you can connect to wireless networks with ease. Want to use wireless peripherals, such as a mouse? Use Bluetooth 5.1 technology to connect wirelessly to compatible devices.
The 14″ LED-backlit display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. Visuals are handled by the integrated Qualcomm Adreno 618 Graphics. The battery features up to 18 hours of runtime on a single charge (may vary depending on usage). You can also use headphones via the 3.5 mm audio jack. Windows 10 Home is the installed operating system.

My husband bought this as a birthday gift and it worked fine for the first month and then the issues began. First the cursor would freeze up and I would have to lock and unlock the keyboard for it to work. Then I would be scrolling and it would just start to select everything on the screen. I called samsung for support and they did a factory reset on my laptop and the issue was never fixed. After that I started to get a black screen and I would have to adjust my laptop screen and sometimes hold it at a certain angle for it to work. This laptop has been a nightmare from the beginning. I have never dropped it or gotten any kind of liquid damage for it to do this. I suggest you look for a different product. It’s ridiculous to even have to send it in for repair within the first month of ownership.

windows 10 would not run my 64-bit applications. waited months for the windows 11 upgrade to become live. windows 11 unable to run any opengl software. on restart, the computer decided to install a “touchpad firmware” update. after that, the system would not restart, was unable to “uninstall qaulity updates”, uninstall feature updates or reset this pc. it is bricked. for price, poor screen and performance was expected, but this is e-waste.

Snap Dragon doesn’t allow for most apps to run at all. Plus no touch screen. Shame.

purchased this device for a family member knowing they only do light tasks such as video watching or writing documentation for school projects. they absolutely love the speed of the device and how quiet it is, even under heavy cpu tasks. for my tech geeks out there, it is running arm64 rather than the classic 32/64bit architecture so this does play a role in what applications can be downloaded on the device. if you are working with cloud applications such as onedrive or google drive, then this should be a highly sought after device.

I love how simple and straight to the point this laptop is. It was not expensive at all so I was not expecting all the crazy bells and whistles. I just needed the simple stuff since I went back to school and didn’t have a laptop. The keyboard is great! Has a camera so that is perfect since I am doing online classes. I also have music playing in the background when I do homework and it’s great. The batter life is amazing. Great budget laptop for anyone. Thank you!
