Purchased this for my wife. I wish it had the physical home button but otherwise no complaints. My wife likes the stylus and our kids always try to play with it. The tablet is fast and works well with reading apps. The type c charging port required new cords as the included cord is not very long. Battery life seems good.

Excellent product, it met my expectations.

Overall, I really like it! However sometimes it freezes a bit when using the browser, and sometimes when drawing with the S-Pen it still mistakenly registers part of my palm (and it makes a marking on the drawing). Overall though, for the price compared to other similar tablets and including the S-Pen, it is still an extremely solid and great tablet. The screen is great quality and very clear, the sound is great, and having the Samsung camera is nice to have too. The tablet seems very durable and it is very nice to have. It has many great features and uses. I can plug in my earphones (it has an audio jack) and watch Netflix with the amazing screen resolution, I can handwrite equations on the screen to help me visualize, I can draw on it quite nicely, etc. Also, the battery life lasts a good amount of time. Overall it is a very good tablet. I would recommend it.

I ordered this tablet on 05/07/2020, and intended to use it primarily for taking notes. After using the tablet for an hour, however, the included S Pen stopped working. I called Samsung Support, and after a couple hours of troubleshooting, the representative concluded the S Pen was broken. The representative then tried to find a replacement S Pen to send to me, only to discover that the US repair center has no stock of S Pens for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. He then recommended I return the the product to the retailer. I cannot recommend this tablet if something as basic as the S Pen cannot be replaced by the manufacturer, not to mention the fact that the S Pen broke within an hour of use. I love Android, but it looks like I’ll have to use an iPad for taking notes.

as usual, samsung completely destroys a fantastic tablet with invasive and ridiculous software. buy the tablet and IMMEDIATELY replace the OS with lineageOS, it will give you a dramatically better user experience.

I like the tablet but, prior to ordering I was told that it has a gyro and compass. It does not which is a problem. Tab works fine but not sure it is worth the price.

Great tablet for the price.

The tablet is great. It’s not, like, the greatest in the world but for a midrange model it delivers on every promise it makes. Great Wi-Fi for streaming and plenty of storage for media. Only downside is the lower level tft display in lieu of the now-basically-standard oled/amoled, but the price drop more than makes up for it

Hi, The tablet, in general, is good for its price, compared with what is in the market. The S-Pen is very useful. In general is good. But it lacks something critical (at least for me): It does not support DisplayPort/Alternate Mode on the USB C. I bought it to make notes and teach classes projecting and recording the screen at the same time (which excludes something like a chromecast, since recording the screen is already a screen cast and forbids using the chromecast). I just tested and checked and this undocumented feature is not there, no possibility to export the display to a monitor or external projector. Beware if you want to use it for it. I have now to find someone to sell my tablet and then order a different model or platform (like ipad). This is a pity.

I own an IPad Air2 which battery is dying, so I replaced it with this Samsung device. I did a lot of research, looking for a tablet about the same weight and footprint and the Samsung Tab S6 Lite fit the bill nicely. It compares well with the IPad Air2 for quality build, quick response time (faster than the Air2), excellent screen and viewing angles and a much better audio experience. Plus, I now have both on device storage and a 128G micro SD card installed. I am very pleased with this device from both a technological and use perspective. Quite frankly, this is a superior device compared to the Air2 and at a fraction of the cost. You do have to tether it to a phone to use it in the field, but that is a small inconvenience.

Have been using it for over 2 weeks now, and I like it a lot, so much Samsung apps super useful, the only thing I would like to be added is a finger print access option since the face recognition fails a lot.

i was looking for a replacement tablet for a 12″ tablet that was starting to drag severely. it dawned on me that it was going on 5 years-old and was stuck in update hell…it could not keep up with newer android updates. while shopping for a replacement,i noticed that many larger screen tablets were well behind the android curve, until i found this galaxy tab s6. not only does it have large screen size, but the os is only one generation behind samsung’s latest cell phone. and bonus…it came with a pen, and nd the matching case was minimal. so far it has performed exceedingly well as a tablet and i’ve even been doing some tasks for which i normally use my desktop.

i wanted a tablet for daily activities (internet, email and this serves that purpose). Pen works well, looking forward to doing more. Able to use Brave (new free ad blocking/tracking browser). Uploaded all apps, files, etc from my LG smartphone. Digital keyboard is small but found it can be resized. Ordered 2020v Moko magnetic cover and paired wireless keyboard from another retailer which work well. Note compact key size would still be small for most men’s hands. pen and keyboard stow nicely inside magnetic cover.

Upgraded from a Galaxy Tab S and very impressed. Sure, the screen isn’t as vibrant as the OLED in the Tab S6, but for $300 less, it was worth it for me. A lot faster, great battery life.

If you factor in that the pen is included, it is a great price. Very good for taking notes.

I purchased the Samsung S6 to replace my Samsung S2 and it meets all criteria for a sleek, fast and efficient tablet at a very good price.

Makes sketching designs easy, and using the pencil feels natural. Display is great and audio is surprisingly clear. Decent camera.
