The Galaxy Tab S7+ is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus eight-core processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and integrated Qualcomm Adreno 650 graphics. If you need more storage, you can expand via the microSD card slot. Stay connected with Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and sync wireless accessories via Bluetooth 5.0. For cameras, the Galaxy Tab S7+ features a wide 13MP and an ultra-wide 5MP dual rear cameras as well as an 8MP front-facing camera. The operating system is Android 10.

unexpected downside: streaming services suck on this device. issue (1) the samoled screen makes streaming subtitles and the ui overlay painfully bright. most mobile streaming apps don’t allow you to change the format of subtitles/ui, so they default to full 100% white at max brightness. it’s not bleeding or halo effect – the subtitles themselves are literally so bright that your eyes will adjust to the brightness and make the rest of the screen impossible to see. when the ui pops up it’s actually painful – like someone shining an led flashlight in your eyes, even with the brightness at 0%. issue (2) video streaming apps recognize it as a mobile device, limiting your streaming resolution to 1080p (because they assume you’re using a phone and have a small screen). it’s very noticable.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t limited because of what mobile provider I use. I can’t sync and connect my texts because AT&T doesn’t allow it. They have their own dumb service that doesn’t seem to work at all, or you have to actually pay for it. So other than that, everything is great.

Ordered the 6/128 model at first by mistake, B&H was cool about cancelling the order. Got the 8/256 S7 . Made this purchase after a lot of deliberation, to replace a dying laptop. I wasn’t going to buy another apple laptop without a touch screen, and I have an Android phone and like the file handling options compared to iOS or iPadOS. Looking around at Android tablets, and knowing I wanted a stylus to draw, there were inexpensive options, but all the artists pointed at this one. It cost as much as a cheap laptop, but so far I’m pretty thrilled with it. Changing my operating system and environment is allowing me to think and express myself in new ways, and the tablet has done the task without blinking. The Samsung 1OS and aftermarket keyboard I got took some getting used to. Samsung’s implementation of Android is kinda too much, compared to my Motorola phone, and I shut off everything Bixby asap. Battery is ok so far, but not stellar. Takes a while to charge. Overall, quite happy with the device. Samsung Notes, Concepts and Clip Studio Paint are my favorite apps so far.
