The drive has better than average read and write speeds and it meets the spec for large files. My tests with exFAT formatting are in the accompanying photo. The case and connector shell are plastic, but seem to be of good quality. The small size is an advantage for laptops.

This low-profile drive was an ideal fit for our field services laptop. It allows the project and customer specific files to be kept on the drive to leave the main drive free for general purpose and common programs and files, yet can be kept in the laptop as it is taken in and out of the laptop bag and moved from site to site. USB 3.1 speed is excellent.

This is my second one. The great thing about this flash drive is that very little protrudes from the computer/player. This means a far smaller chance that it will accidentally break off, and that’s a big consideration while using it with a laptop while on the go.

This drive works Great! It’s fast and can withstand the heat from being plugged into a device running a bit too hot. but… If you don’t have a lanyard or something attached to this drive, because of this size, it can be a bit difficult to remove.
