To tell you the truth, it was the large hole in the tail that sold me. I ship out thumb drives with a printed paper tag attached by nylon strings (included with the printable tags) that have a plastic tip on one end and a socket for the tip on the other end. Fishing that plastic tip through other brand flash drives can be very difficult or impossible. I have had to resort to using a drill to enlarge the holes in some other brands so I can loop the string through it. My compliments to SanDisk’s Industrial Designer.

I’ve used many SanDisk Ultra drives over the years and found them reliable. The slide mechanism works easily and the keychain loop is sturdy. The performance of the USB 3.0 version is excellent.

It’s fast and has just the amount of storage I like on a flash drive – not too small or too large.

Work good

For a couple of months it worked fine, fast with steady transfer speeds. But then the transfer speeds started dropping and sometimes it just randomly stops transfering, starts again a few seconds, starts again and so on. I have tried with multiple computers but still the same thing. This is not something I have time for in my work. Hopefully for others the problem is just with my specific item.

Good product.

Maybe just a bit too small — and a bit too plastic-y. 25-38MB/sec transfer speed (MP3 file) through USB3 port. Time will tell.

Super speed. Top quality! I am very happy!

I bought this to combine all my memory card information on to one device, and this one is great. You can’t go wrong with it.

I have a Honda CRV that has USB ports in it, I bought this flash drive to put my music on to use in my car. So far I put about 500 songs on it & it still has room for many thousands more. The flash drive in nothing short of amazing, on my player I keep it on random selection & the music is crisp & clear besides showing any pertinent song & album information on my touch screen. Excellent product!

Big mama of a thumb drive. No issue.

It’s fast. It’s light and small. It works perfectly. It’s economical. I’m sure you can get flashier flash drives if you want to pay more, but this works for me!

Fair price, useful size, sturdy enough.

This inexpensive flash drive was just what I needed. I’ll buy from B&H again.

A 256GB will hold a lot of images. Put it in your pocket, vest, camera bag, … and you have an extra backup. Much smaller than portable HDD (though a portable HDD can store 1-4 TB), though I seldom shoot even a TB with my wife on a single trip. This drive is not fast like a CFAST, more like a slow CF or SD card. But it is a solid state device which means after initially testing, if it is stable, it should be robust. I always test my cards and device throughly when I get them. Once they pass I am sure that they will be stable. Only need to test them every year or two.

Use it to move large photo files from one computer to another. Thus the 128 GB capacity is a real plus. Moreover, the transfers occur nice and fast. I have two of these drives that I’ve put in use for a couple of weeks, now, and they’ve worked flawlessly.
