You can’t have to many of these little jewels around. Fast and always ready to go with data in or out or both. B &H has them all…

The product itself? Cool design, works great, decent speed, reliable – overall no problems. Besides that, I found the drive only has a capacity of 123GB, not 128GB while using on my Mac. Apparently this is a common issue with Sandisk because they calculate GB’s differently based on the OS or something. So their rep told me that this issue is normal, but I think it’s somewhat ridiculous. I just purchased a WD 2TB drive, and how much storage was on there? 2TB exactly. Sandisk, either change the capacity number in the sales pages, put a disclaimer, or just fix the issue and actually make the drive carry 128GB. It’s not that hard.

This is my second 256 GB Ultra USB drive. I used the first to back up a GoPro and Lumix GH4, both filming 4K as I traveled through France, Germany, Nepal, and Tibet. It didn’t fail me at all. It seems fast and reliable.

Excellent product, solid and reliable, soft price. Two details : The control light is a little low and the retraction system could be a little more practical.

I’ve been a long time fan of SanDisk flash drives! As I can recall, they were among the very first to provide password protection for the flash or ‘thumb’ drive as some call them. With 256GB of storage (it’s always a bit less than the stated amount to do some necessary softwareembedded in the drive), there’s plenty of room for pictures, videos and what have you on this latest SanDisk incarnation! I love the fact that it’s capless; the male contact slides in and out locking into position so there’s no need for a cap and no cap to get lost which they always seem to do! I keep this drive clipped to my key chain so it’s always handy when certain situations come up like transferringa ton of pictures to afriend’s computer! If you work with computers, a flash drive is, in my opinion, a necessity! The SanDisk 256GB is a good deal!

This was exceeding slow. Said it ran at 100 Bps but only ran at 3Bps. It took more that 12 hours. It had software to speed it up but only made it run slower. It also was impossible to remove the software.

Have several of these , they are a great memory size to price value. USB 3.0 is fast and reliable . I like SanDisk better than the other brands I’ve tried.
