It is an inexpensive while plenty fast USB 3.0 drive. l like the size a lot since nowadays most USB drives are frequently too small and get misplaced way too easily. It has generous warranty and it does not feel cheap. Highly recommended!

Only four stars because the encoded files take longer to come up. Very fast to install- it installs by itself.Simple choice of open files or encoded files or both. And it helps you invent a very secure password and a way to remember it.Highly recommended product and brand name reliable.

I got this mainly to use with the encryption software as a backup drive for documents. It came with version 1 of the SecureAccess software, but version 2 is available from the SanDisk website and has a better user interface. The software installs easily and is easy to use. I also like that it is narrow, so that another USB devise can be used on an adjacent port on the laptop. If it were a USB 3.0 drive, instead of USB 2.0, I would give it 5 stars.

It’s perfect for the price. The push/slide mechanism feels a little flimsy, but I don’t think it’s in any danger of breaking unless you squeeze it with all your might. In that case, you’re doing it wrong and it’s your own fault. It has some files on it already that probably work for extra security, but I didn’t feel like I needed that for my purposes. Not a problem. I bought two, so I might set it up on the second one just in case I somehow am transporting data that I don’t want to fall into the wrong hands.
