Compact, high capacity, and dependable for backing up large photo files.

I used this unit to make a back up file set for my lap top. Although the computer suggested an * gig drive I needed the 64G drive since my files, start up files, and system files topped out at about 58G.

fast

I trust sandisk. Reliable, but slows down when it gets hot. I got the 32GB sticks and they run great. Thought I’d get the 64 and it didn’t perform like the 32

These are worth the money

but still large enough to grab it

We have never had any issues with any of our SanDisk flash drives. We look fwd to using this when we finally can take a trip out West.

I use these for wedding image delivery because they’re moderately fast and most of all they are slim and can be delivered in envelope style packaging with no mailing issues.

Delivered exactly on time as usual. No issues reformatting for Mac os journalled. Six shipped, six of six working as expected.

These drives are very handy and the 3.0 drive is blessedly faster than the 2.0 — and the price was right.
Yoshiko Legros (verified owner) –
compact and fast

Bought this to back up baby pictures for my wife in one location. Stable memory in such a small device. The only drawback is that it didn’t come with a lanyard so she won’t lose it.

Physical size looks like a miniature. The thin metal cools the electronics by convection. It gets warm to the touch but it is not a problem…
Katharina Gibson (verified owner) –
much faster than what I replaced. Using it to transfer photos.

Works as advertised. Enough said.

I always get these now. You can stably run an OS off these because they don’t usually overheat which is really nice. I took one apart recently and it has a fairly sizeable metal slug inside that helps cool the flash chip inside and transfer the heat to the metal casing.

I bought 5 of these to use as USB Boot disks for various projects I have a need for. What appealed to me was the silver surface on these fobs enables a place to write on the fob details of what the boot OS contains. A simple thing but many USB fobs have no means of writing on them directly.

Until I found CrystalDiskMark I had no way of objectively evaluating disk drives or flash drives. This inexpensive flash drive performs quite well on reading/writing large (Seq) and small (4KiB) files, and is very compact. This is (and its 128 GB brother) my favorite flash drives.
