I bought two different sizes of these, it’s a nice small drive and it seems reasonably fast. I haven’t pushed it or tested it but it hasn’t felt sluggish which is nice. I don’t believe it has a light for activity. I wouldn’t guarantee the plastic would keep it on a key ring so would recommend some sort of lanyard transition to take the stress off and hopefully reduce where through.

I really love this drive. It is super fast and works great. It doesn’t lag or anything. It’s pretty easy to use and pops up really quick. Its also really well designed and is very small. You can take it practically anywhere. It’s small enough to fit on your pocket. It also comes well packaged and it’s sleek and durable. I ordered three SanDisks to share some large video files. They are super compact which is great. If you’re a Mac user, you will need to reformat them, however, using Disk Utilities. You simply “erase” all the data and it will reformat it for Mac. If you don’t reformat it, you cannot write new data onto the thumb drive. It may give you a warning that says the file is too large even if it’s not. Nice product!
