I thought I was getting a USB A/ USB C drive. This is just a USB stick to me, but if I DID have a pre usb C android device, that would make it a cool tool indeed.

I purchased this believing that it would be for my Android phone. When it arrived, it is NOT for a Type C USB Android; it is for a Micro-USB. Be very careful purchasing this, to be sure it fits your phone. For me, it is of no value. Know what type USB your phone has, I did not, but do now. Obviously my mistake, but this is on no value to me.

The USB C end only inserts into Android devices, due to the shape, which is designed to insert into Android devices, not the more rounded Apple USB C/thunderbolt ports. Otherwise, works very well.
