Convenient and fast! And small – so small that I worry I might misplace it and never see it again. (LOL) For people who are confused, the device is the height and width of a USB-A port, so it just plugs in, the whole thing. I’m very happy I purchased this, and may buy a few more.

As many have said, these drives run extremely hot–even to touch–with a backup of any duration. So useful for relatively small, quick files. A few reports of misfunction trying more. Personally, I wouldn’t chance it. Not what I was expecting.

I’ve had this product for a few days and put all of my pictures on it to free up space on my computer. It hold so much I can’t believe it. The quality of the photos are amazing and the fact I can put it on my key chain is amazing

This drive is an extremely handy and sleek design, performs very quickly for a small form-factor flash drive. But holy cow, this thing runs dangerously hot. Like, I’m afraid that it might damage my USB ports. While I don’t have a thermal camera to provide exact heat details. This thing easily exceeds 100 deg Fahrenheit. Which is insane for a flash drive. Time is going to tell how durable this device is, as I fear its hot running temperatures will vastly shorten its lifespan. Excellent for quick transfers from a PC to an iPad for example, but do try to not leave it plugged in.

I bought two, one for me and one for my daughter’s new iPad. They work perfectly and appear to be beautifully made! Having read previous reviews before purchase, I will agree they do get a bit warm. I don’t know how much of an issue this may become as I’ve not transferred any large files. They are small, which could be a blessing or curse. I would suggest a short lanyard be attached to facilitate handling and security.

My Chromebook doesn’t have much internal storage, making this Sandisk USB-C thumb drive the perfect solution. There’s no tricky software or drives to install upon first use, which is always a plus. It’s so small too; perfect for keychains. When you swivel the drive open or closed, it locks in place, which is nice as I’ve had plenty in the past get torn off their hinges after rotating around in my pockets. All in all, this is a great piece of hardware for USB-C devices.
