Tiny but very solid build. Hides very well on my keychain.

I was looking for one of these as now I have both USB A and USB C – this allows me to work with both and not have to find an adaptor. For photos and memory I have not had any problems with SanDisk
Travon Streich (verified owner) –
Very small and works great!!!

I have four of these drives – (2) 128GB and (2) 32GB. Upload and download to these drives is very slow. I have numerous other USB 3 drives that work much faster including SanDisk. SanDisk is usually much better than this. Also, although these are a beautiful design, I had to get keychains because they are small and slippery and therefore hard to hold onto.

This tiny drive enabled me to upgrade my OS X system. The upgrades seem to be getting larger and my MacBook Pro’s disk is only 120GB. I placed some large apps on the SanDisk, cleared them from my Macintosh HD, and then proceeded with the upgrade. Then I brought back the apps onto the Macintosh HD. Worked perfectly. In operation the SanDisk was warm to the touch, and this is probably why the case is metal.

I am very pleased with this USB-C drive. Extremely fast transfers, and such a small profile, approximately the width of a USB-A port. When I transferred a very large file, it did get just a tad warm. But it never ran hot, and it wasn’t so warm that I couldn’t handle it immediately after. It’s rugged, reliable and I found it stylish as well. I use a Mac for my business and an HP for personal use, and the drive worked flawlessly with both. I really loved the premium metal design as well. The drive is heavy, it swivels nice, and clicks into place. I’m quite content with the value. Will purchase additional in the future.

I purchased another sandisk dual drive with a lightning connector instead of the usbc this one has. That one has a nice app that you can set up to automatically back up whatever you want when you plug it in. This one doesn’t. It’s a no frills thumb drive. That seems a little slow but does the job.
Gene Feest (verified owner) –
Hot in every sense of the word. Works reasonably well, not near as fast as advertised. 315 gig of movie files took about 3.f hours over a 3.0 USB connection. So far working slow but flawlessly.

This drive works exactly like I wanted it to. A bit slower than I expected but does the job. Does get a little warm but I’m good with that.

This little device is everything it is billed as Fast (USB 3.1), Compatible (USB A and C), and stylish (wasn’t billed as that, but it is). Drive breezes between environments (WIN, Linux) and devices (desktop, portable). I cannot think of a reason to discourage you from buying it.

This was the best dual drive (USB-C and USB-A) thumb drive that I could find. I like the all-metal construction, and the drive rotates smoothly from one side to the other, with a solid and satisfying detent that holds it in place once it has been rotated 180 degrees. I haven’t measured the read/write speeds, but so far I haven’t been disappointed. My only gripe is that it’s physical size is a little too small – it doesn’t fit in the hand well and it feels a little awkward inserting it into a port. I do appreciate the ability to attach it to a keychain or lanyard. I put a small lanyard on mine to keep it from getting lost.

Great transfer speeds. I use it for moving large video and photo files between different PCs and it is a screamer.
Jazmyn Mills (verified owner) –
Seems to work well but gets very warm. I only use sandisk products and might give them a call to see if this is normal.

The bigger the space, the more data you can put on it and be more mobile.

This is a very compact well built metal device. Both USB Type A and USB Type C sides worked with both my MacBook pros. I like it

I purchased a less expensive drive at a local store but had trouble ‘seeding’ it into the devices, and it felt cheaply made. This one was a little more expensive but worked right away.
Judson Reichel (verified owner) –
It gets warm, like maybe 95 to 115 degrees. Not hot. It is very fast in recording video as its recorded. And the USB A or C male plug is really a game changer.
Leonor Green (verified owner) –
Solved my storage problems.

easy transfer of files between laptops and mac.
