Got this for use with photo files and downloading memory cards. This is not the fastest version currently available but it works very well for the purposes that I use it for.

Bought one, now I am hooked. Amazing little device.

Pretty small, comes with usb-c to usb-c cable and usb-c to usb-a adapter. Gets over 1000MB/s read/write performance, can’t complain.

Love these SSDs. I like their form factor and outer material better than Samsungs. Haven’t had a single problem with them. And bought mine at a bargain price during a sale. Highly recommended.

I love using this in the field so I never loose a shot while shooting wildlife in the field. I trust the performance and backup ability.

Got the SanDisk Extreme on sale at B&H. Furiously fast on MacBook Pro. Worthy purchase.

I have relied on a SanDisk Extreme SSD for years and it has never let me down. I edit a lot in the field on FCPX, and plugged into a MacBook Pro it has always been reliable, fast and durable. This is pretty much the same, just faster. If it continues to have the same reliability as its predecessor, it will remain as one of my main tools in the field.

This is a fast, easy, versatile tool for getting Windows on your Steam Deck. I have mine set up to boot Windows from it whenever plugged in, and it performs terrifically! Game load times are quick, and I expect the SSD will be more durable over time than an SD card.

I’ve been using the 1TB versions for awhile and was thrilled to get the faster, 2TB versions on sale.

I just work straight from the drive and so far it’s been crucial for efficient workflow. It’s nice and small for easy transport and it feels like it will hold up to being jostled around a bit, though I haven’t really tested that out and I don’t plan on it. For the price, it seems fair that it would come with a couple of different cable lengths and maybe even a case but it’s just got the one very short cable.

This was an excellent suggestion from B&H customer service. I was looking for extra memory for my daughter laptop and was confused but this couldn’t have worked better and it is very easy to use and small enough to carry, no bigger then a cell phone

It’s no secret if you read the documentation and reviews but since I figured it would work like other, smaller USB SSDs I have, I was surprised that what took 1.03 TB to store on a USB HDD backup drive took 1.60 TB on the SanDisk 2TB SSD. The backup speed, however, is lightning fast so its waste of space is probably just a trade-off — and fortunately my backup file fit within the 2 TB and still has room to grow 20%.

I am giving 5 stars since I already own one of this and it’s great no complaints so far 2 years

The first point in favor is this small SSD drive’s design. It’s not slippery like other hard drives. And it seems to be very well built. Transfer speeds are fast and I noticed a difference (of course) from the standard hard drives. I got the 1TB to try it out but I would definitely get a larger drive if needed.

Definitely the only brand I use now. I feel like I can trust it won’t break on me or become corrupt
