I am satisfied with the product. I have purchased and used two. I was interested in charging a USB C type laptop, so I purchased it. However, it was not comparable for Asus ZenBook to charge the power. When selling this products, it would be nice to specify the possible and comparable products.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a need for the ethernet port until the warranty expired. Now that I have tested it, I see it doesn’t work. I will need to purchase a new hub and replace this one. Have to give it one star on those grounds.

Generally love the HyperDrive. But disappointed to learn the USB-C port is for power delivery, it is not an active USB-C port. The specs call it USB-C PD, but I didn't realize the limitations. My laptop only has one USB-C port and I was hoping this would be a pass-through/extension.

I have an earlier version of a this HyperDrive USB-C hub to use with a Windows 10 Ultrabook and just bought this model to use with a new Macbook Pro. It works great and is a solid addition providing needed ports and options.

A year, or two back, I bought a new Mac Book Pro. It came with only 2 USB-C ports and one was for the power cord. No DVD, etc. That was it. I bought a USB Hub from a local chain store and its performance was lacking. I should have known to buy one from B&H because I trust their merchandise to be as advertised. I plugged it in and each USB-B port works, SDHC port works, USB-C port works and HDMI port all work great. Not so much for the earlier one that I purchased elsewhere. I have no complaints about this Hub! This one also has an Ethernet port and one that appears to be for external speakers, or headset?? Nice!

This is my 4th Hyper product, it works perfectly with my iPad and my MacBook pro. Completely recommendable It is a bit "big", but considering that you can connect lots of ports to your device only with this one I think it is understandable.

Works as expected without any hassle. Have not tried using multiple ports at the same time yet but so far haven’t had an issue connecting through it on my MacBook or iPad Pro. Would consider the hubs if I was just using it for the iPad Pro from a forum factor standpoint but this one works well for switching between the two. Overall design and build quality also fits well with the products it’s connecting to and makes it feel like a complete set.

I love this hub! The extra length on the cable is ideal. I've had issues with other hubs that dangle awkwardly, but not this one! I love that it has an ethernet port, and that it allows charging through the hub itself. I couldn't be happier with it!

It seems adequate to the job. I have not stress-tested it, nor yet tried the Ethernet or HDMI interfaces. It does get hot just sitting there with one device (Shure MVi microphone interface) connected. I need to keep in mind that the USB-C port is not for data passthrough, just power. And it’s not up to powering a full-sized MacBook Pro (few units of this sort are).

Product works as advertised. Works perfectly with my MacBook Pro. I love that I can now direct connect via ethernet cable and get lightning fast Internet! The only issue is that the unit gets fairly hot. However, it still works perfectly even while hot.

I have had numerous hubs but wasn’t really lucky. Some did cause a crash of my MacbookPro at each shutdown, some didn’t let it boot correctly when attached to external devices (which is … its own purpose) I found this HyperDrive to be the only one working smoothly and as expected. I tried it in different configurations, attached to each of my 4 USB-C ports. Zero problems. I can vouch for it!

My third Hyper purchase and I’m equally pleased with the product. It works brilliantly for those times I need a few more ports than the 4 port version that attaches to my iPad Pro. If I inevitably have to upgrade to a new Laptop it will be perfect for enhancing that too. Another wonderfully designed and built product.

Concept is terrific, but the cable from device to computer is way too stiff, which creates placement problems, and defeats much of the reason for concentrating ports in a hub
