I had to return my original hub because the USB-c port did not work. The 2nd one I received after returning the original also had a faulty USB-c port and the headphone jack did not work. This leads me to believe this is a systemic problem with the manufacturer. This is not the level of quality that I have come to expect from B&H.

I tried out all the functions except maybe the lan and mini sd reader, and overall I'm happy, but it couldn't register when I plug in my external HDD which is surprising because it could register my Yeti mic. It's very nice quality either way.

It’s cool and perfect for mac. The advantage about this product is you don’t have to remove ur mac case for inserting like other drive. I love this and it’s fast too and no issues So far.

Only one USB-C port, no problem Hyper has you covered. Got an Apple iPad Pro 2020 version. Needed a device to connect earphone, digital camera cards, USB devices and hard drive storage. The HyperDrive Power 9-in-1 USB-C meet my needs.

This baby does everything I was hoping. And the price even went down $20 AFTER I ordered it, and they gave me that discount! My only complaint at all is that it came with absolutely no paperwork of any kind. It wasn’t at all difficult to figure out how to use it, but still I would have appreciated some of the normal instructions, etc.

Seems like I've got an older model because the product has scratches and doesn't seem to work well with my new mbp. I have to unplugged several times to get it to work! Terrible quality for what you pay for.

this hub not working on my MacBook Pro , when I Connected to a Apple dvd writer it’s not working, than I have to buy an apple usb C to usb 2.0 female adaptor, ear phone port not working, even when I Connected an external hard drive its not get power through this hub. After 14 day its not returnable , just waisted money,

I like the product. However, I had hoped to be able to get 3 flash drives connected at the same time as pictured. Instead, I am only able to 2 flash drives connected at a time because the flash drive ports are too close together.

It came on time, I plugged it in and it worked. I was able to download A/V media using an ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi, then listen to it using my headphones while charging my iPad Pro. It seems to be the answer to all my interconnection problems.

Have been using the new HyperDrive 9-in-1 USB hub with my 12.9 iPad Pro for a few days. (This one offers more ports than the one designed to latch onto the iPad.) Overall, works as promised. But you’ll notice occasional (and unpredictable) reboots when used with a 2018 iPad Pro. The Apple logo startup screen just happens out of nowhere. Also, when I plugged an Apogee microphone into one of the USB ports, I had to unplug the hub and plug it back in before iOS recognized the mic. If HyperDrive can fix these issues – they’ve done firmware updates for other hugs – it’ll be a great buy. For now it’s an okay one. Considering the high price, it should be perfect.

I've looked at several models from several companies and kept receiving email from Hyper (since I signed up for the notifications). They announced a sale a few weeks ago and I was going back and forth between several different models. This model works perfectly with my 2017 MacBook Pro 15". Now I can easily access the videos from my 360 camera, transfer files quickly to a USB A device, and connect to the 55" LED TV at work for presentations. I hope this USB-C Hub will work on my new iPad I plan to purchase in 2020.
