I’ve only used this trimmer once so far, for two hours. It seemed to do what it’s supposed to do, so — so far, so good. The only issue I’ve run into, as others have also mentioned, is that the plug on the cord disconnects from the trimmer way too often during use. (You can try holding a short length of excess cord near the handle so there is no pulling on the rest of the cord.)
