This hand held trimmer is miles apart from the black & decker brand we’ve been using for many years. The Scott’s brand battery life is double, the pivoting hand makes any job much easier. The other brands don’t even offer a pivoting handle. Scott’s charges faster than other brands. The was a birthday gift to my hubby as he uses the trimmer for hours twice a week. He is super pleased with the Scott’s cordless grass shear. #1 A++ wouldn’t use any other brand .

Powerful, easy to use grass shears. Shrub shear can only be used on small branches, but does a good job on those. I like that this doesn’t have a string trimmer which are difficult for me to spool and get started. Also, this is much gentler on my vinyl-coated chain link fence because I can just follow along the chain link fence, whereas string trimmers have a habit of nicking the vinyl coating on my fence. Very satisfied.
