I bought this pruner because I have arthritis in my hands. I have seen similar ones on Facebook but they were from unknown sellers and any return would be to China at my own expense. They were also more expensive. Without the pole it weights a little over 1 lb. but that has not been a problem. It was easy to use and powerful. I would highly recommend it. Delivery was fast . I have been using it for about a week.

Have been looking forward for this pruner for months since they are out of stock last year. bough a second for my brother. We all love it! it Sharps, light weigh, extended pole is the plus, the price is really reasonable.Would be loved it more if there was a spare battery included (Maybe $25-$30 more?). But You don’t really need it, cause before the battery ran out, you already have a lot of branches to clean up! So it doesn’t matter, really.

We’ve had this several days and it works great. It works somewhat slowly and this is fine. It’s not a quick-snip. More like a slow-close cut. For small twigs and branches a regular pruner will be faster. But for those larger cuts it does an excellent job. Haven’t tried the pole attachment yet but it should work fine. Overall we’d buy it again.

This looks like a toy it is not – it works much better than expected. I think this tool would benefit from from a harder alloy cutting blade but otherwise it is a great tool. The tool has much more power than I expected and the lithium ion battery life is excellent. I think some might find the safety awkward but on the other hand they get to keep their fingers. I have a bunch of 1″ rose, grape and wysteria vines and this pruner made quick work of them. It would be nice if it was a little faster but I think you would be trading power for speed and the power is more important. It would be nice if replacement blades and batteries were available at reasonable price which as far as I can see they are not. Still the first time I used it this tool it more than paid for itself.

This Scotts cordless pruner Rocks! I had some butterfly bushes that had not been trimmed for years! This bad boy made short work of the trimming process. I was cutting through 3/4″ diameter branches without much of a struggle, still have not used the telescopic pole, will use it this spring.

Pole pruner was so easy to charge and use. Did not want pole pruner that was too heavy to hold. Also didn’t want electric cords or dealing with gas. The Scott Pruner is perfect. Battery operated. Does branches and pruning around 1 to 2 inches in diameter. Seems to hold charge fairly long. Would definitely recommend for bushes, smaller trees, etc. Telescopic handle is convenient for branches much higher than normal reach.
