i received the string trimmer to test and try. it is very light, easy to handle and hold, even for a woman. works just as good as a gas trimmer, but doesn’t have a gassy smell. it’s easy to store, the line is just the right strength, too

Unfortunately, the trimmer line feed malfunctioned right away, after I had trimmed only one edge along the sidewalk. It stopped advancing. I will have to call customer service to explore the problem.

I’ve only used this electric string trimmer a few times. My yard is so large that dragging an extension cord around is just not feasible. That being said I was pleasantly surprised at how much more powerful it is than my battery powered string trimmer. I would definitely recommend it for a small yard.
