DO NOT BUY!!! I’m an old customer and for the first time ever I got something like this from B&H. The Hard Drive says 3TB 7200RPM but inside it really is an 800GB Hard Drive -not sure on the RPM.

This Hard Drive worked as expected, I notice a gain in performance on the iMac 24 inc mid 2007 after replaced the original HDD. Seagate is a reputable brand and I liked the experience so far.

I purchased this hard drive from B&H,and i was a bit worried at first, but i saw that they were selling what i wanted at a low price. lower than other places that also sell PC hardware. ordering this drive was pretty easy, and i didn’t have to jump through hoops to get what i wanted. the drive got here on time, and got here as advertised. it also performs great for what i payed for, even though it isn’t meant to be a performance drive. i would definitely buy from here again. thanks B&H for your great service.

I bought this drive to replace my original 10 year old drive that was installed by Dell. This has a 2 year warranty, but if it’s anything like the original, I should get way more out of it. it’s nice and quiet for everyday use in any room. It seems quicker with all the updated tech that’s designed into them. I also got a 4TB to store all my photos & videos and I hope to have them as long as the original.

I’ve been using this Seagate series for years now in my RAID, with no major issues. As with all hard drives they will eventually fail, redundancy is key! I also have them in a video playback server at my work.
