This HDD is exactly what I needed for mass storage of pictures and videos. Like everyone else, I had problems getting Windows to recognize the hard drive. The computer BIOS said the drive was there but nothing in Win 10 PRO would recognize it. I had to reload the drivers for windows. After that, no problems.
