still working.

I had 2 of these drives in my QNAP NAS, and started getting tight on space. Added 2 more for a total of 48TB. Added the drives to the NAS and they were immediately discovered and recognized. The price was good, the shipping was fast, and they were well packed for shipping. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

These harddrives are just very solid. Extremely easy to install. And will last me a looonnng time
Delfina Reichert (verified owner) –
I ordered eight (8) of these for a QNAP I recently purchased. Unfortunately, one of them arrived non-functioning, would not even register as existing. Tried re-insertion, checked the mount etc., no luck. Will RMA with B&H, it’s always such a comfort order with these guys (as I’ve been doing for almost 30 years) because I know they’ll take care and make it right.
Freida Gottlieb (verified owner) –
I like this. The operation noise is quite quiet. You must buy it.
Ona Swaniawski (verified owner) –
Super reliable, period. This is my 6th one!
Carmela Moen (verified owner) –
It’s the loudest hard drive I’ve EVER heard. Put 4 of these in a RAID array and it sounds like a bucket of marbles has been poured out on a washboard. The bucket is as deep as your data goes.
Darrin Hayes (verified owner) –
Bought two – one was dead on arrival. Dead one was replaced and so far both are doing fine with no issues. Installed in a Oyen Digital 5 bay drive enclosure.
Keara Mitchell (verified owner) –
Installed 2 into a QNAP enclosure in RAID configuration. No problems at all. They were a little noisy when transferring from my old server but now that the enclosure is moved to the basement, no worries!
Ethyl Cremin (verified owner) –
They are quiet and work as expected. They did not fit in the Synology as easily as I thought they would, but I got them to work after a few tries.
Jettie Greenfelder (verified owner) –
Can’t beat the price for a reliable drive like this.
Johnny Stokes (verified owner) –
Great hard drive. Seagate is always a safe and good reference. But this one feels a bit noisy to me compare to other Seagate Barracuda.
Fern Kris (verified owner) –
good
Owen White (verified owner) –
I have several of these drives, and they’re always rock steady and reliable. As a professional photographer, I count on these drives (in conjunction with my Synology Server/Drive) to ensure complete backup of my thousands of registered photographs.
Maddison Kozey (verified owner) –
Drives still working with no issues since they were installed and setup in my NAS.
Corine Kessler (verified owner) –
HDD is fast and relatively quiet. Lots of space. Fits snugly into my external enclosure. Works like a charm on my Mac, just have to format it first before use. A special shout out to B&H as I initially ordered the wrong product and the customer solution team sorted it in a timely manner. This is the reason why I keep coming back!
Elian Klocko (verified owner) –
Great fast workhorse of a hard drive!!!
Ebony Kreiger (verified owner) –
Works just the same as the OEM version and comes at slightly better price, been using these types of drives for my NAS system for over 3yrs. Also very satisfied with how quickly they were shipped to me from B&H, will buy again!
Dortha Veum (verified owner) –
Ive purchased 6 of these so far and they are great. Love the synology details you get with Ironwolf. Very quiet too compared to the other 6 TB 7200rpm drives from WD they replaced.
Samanta Batz (verified owner) –
Very competitive price, quick service with free shipping, great experience overall, will continue to shop at B&H.
