Drives either work or they don’t. And this one works. It’s a small form factor hard drive so the performance isn’t great compared to physically larger drives, but it’s on par with other drives of it’s size.

I have a surge protector also. I like it because it is small, light and has a fast speed. I would have liked it if it was white,

I bought this drive to save RAW files while tethered to my laptop. Works well with my setup. It’s fast enough (I shoot architecture) and big enough to serve my needs. The only possible complaint I could have is there is no light indicators that it’s attached and awake.
