Arrived amazingly fast from B & H. Simple set up on new Imac 27 into Windows 10, which now has a paltry 500GB internal SSD. Over 20yrs. of digital content as a pro photographer for 40 years and adding more every day from scans. This is now my main drive for the new computer. Extremely fast, easy to use, and loads scanned contact pages in seconds, not minutes. Desktop footprint is remarkably small and reduces the clutter from all my older mechanical drives that keep breaking. Just wish I could have purchased a 10TB unit at this price, but hey, this is priced much better than these types of drives were a year ago

This is my second BarraCuda Fast External SSD. The first I’ve had for a year. What I love about them is they’re easy to use, easy to store, and easy to move. I have other external HDs which are big, bulky, and have to have power from a wall plug. But these little SSDs are true plug (into your USB port) and play. Quiet, stable, and from what I hear and read, long lasting.

I would have given it a 5 star but the cable plugs in the front , not the back like I think it should, but it is still a nice hard drive

Great storage space in a small package. I’ve had good experience with Seagate drives, so I’m expecting to get a long life from this one as well. My only negative is that the cable connects to what appears to be the front of the drive making it a little less in form factor, but so far the function is spot on.
