Very nice, but I expected sides to be a bit stronger. The Velcro part can fold under weight.

I am using this on a golf driving range in bright sunlight. It’s not a perfect solution, but it is probably as good as it can get. The materials are very good and appear as though they will last for some time.

The design structure makes sense, but there is nothing to support it’s own weight in standing firmly upright. You have to hold it open to view the screen, which cancels out the point of tethering to your computer outside.

I have had the ‘Slim’ for a year or so now. I recently used it to help with the Total Solar Eclipse – Made using the computer in bright daylight for critical focusing and camera control easy. It was gusting strong wind and I had to put a bag of rocks in to hold Slim and laptop in place. Held together and worked well. I also use it for astronomy at night – helps confine the screen glare to my own area. If you work in either situation this should help.
