Senco’s FinishPro 18BMg is a full length 2-1/8 in. 18-Gauge brad nailer. It is designed to be extremely lightweight with a magnesium body, virtually maintenance free with its oil-free operation and is equipped with a nose mounted LED light to help illuminate dark work spaces. Additional features include a rotatable exhaust, rotatable belt hook, tool free depth of drive and a selectable trigger.

Took it out of the box added a couple of drops of oil, loaded the 1 1/8” nails and connected the air hose and got to work. Absolutely no issues at this point, Half of a box of nails done. The base boards, Shoe moulding and Chair rail installed and room completed.

First of all: DON’T ADD OIL!!!I specifically asked the Senco Tech. Dept. about adding oil and here is their response:”The FinishPro 18BMG is a oil-less tool. Adding oil to the FinishPro 18BMG can shorten the life of the internal parts or cause immediate damage.”Second: The BMG model is updated with improved internal parts to last longer…An excellent pinner which should last a lifetime for the DIY user…Everyday use is anybodies guess…ld

Good value and solid brand name, made in Taiwan, not China. It has more features than its competitors such as an LED light, an easy access front in the event there’s a jammed nail, swivel pneumatic port, etc.
