It’s a nice quality, sounds good, is light and relatively unobtrusive. The one downside for me is that when working it over and onto my ear, it tends to turn off and on. Not a huge deal, but not great either.

You cannot neat Sennheiser for quality. The sound is impeccable and I am told my voice sounds flawless. The only thing I can criticize is the fit. Takes some dialing in, but it is very adjustable… Worth every penny if you need this sort of device… Pretty sure the onboard voice is Majel Barret the computer voice and Nurse Chapel from Star Trek!

I have been a fan of Sennheiser products for many years, so when my old Bluetooth headset suddenly died, the Presence headset naturally caught my eye. I have only used it for a few weeks, but so far it is not clear I made the right choice. Sound quality is good, and battery life and range are excellent. Ergonomics, however, are less than stellar. The volume controls are much more difficult to operate than my old cheap Boom 2. This is a minor annoyance for normal use but genuinely frustrating for some settings changes, which require combination button presses for long-ish periods of time. The benefit of having user configurable options (such as swapping the volume +/- buttons) is greatly reduced by the difficulty in doing so. Even the main ‘multi-function’ button – which works OK, once you find the right place along its length to press – seems more form than function. All of this is disappointing at this price point. Comfort is a very personal and subjective thing; I find it to be adequate. You can listen to music, but it is clear that Presence is optimized to be a ‘Bluetooth headset for phone calls’. At least it has done an admirable job in that role.

Worlds worst instructions, which makes forgiving out how to consistently connect to the dongle after pairing a challenge (hint: press the button on the single and immediately power on the headset). But – that annoyance aside, these are great. Changed my whole working from home ability. Comfy all day too (once you figure out how to fit them to your ear)

Excellent product, and excellent service as always. This paired easily with both phone and laptop for calls and ZOOM meetings. Sound quality is outstanding in both formats. Very simple to recharge, battery life goes a full day easily on one charge

Very good sound. Comfortable. Decent battery life.

I ordered these in the first half of this year, used for Zoom meetings every day until this month (December), and just threw them in the trash. They randomly turn off in the middle of calls — not because of charging issues. They just say power off in the middle of calls and go off. Isn’t convenient. Honestly, I liked the fact that they would connect to my phone and my computer simultaneously. That’s the only feature of this earbud I liked. Not even supported by Sennheiser, and no firmware updates available. Plus — and this was the biggest negative — the center of the earpiece (where it goes into your ear) is so large, that even the smallest earpiece cover was too large for my ears. I found myself re-inserting them every few minutes during calls (distracting) becuse they would pop out. I tried shaving down the covers, taking off the loop — just dont fit. Basically, I would avoid purchasing these.

If I leave my house and forget my phone my Sennheiser PRESENCE tells me I’m disconnected . Great product and simple to use. Ron
