Despite negative reviews took a chance. Arrived undamaged, no parts missing, belts are not difficult to change. Plenty of power with a wide range of speeds. Operating under normal parameters. Recommendation to past reviewers: READ the instructions.

Received the drill press on time and in good condition. There was a little more assembly required than I expected. but it came together with no problems. Everything operates fine, including the oscillating drum sander feature. I liked that the package included the sanding drum kit and even the tools needed to assemble it. Only dislike is the slightly wobbly chuck that seems to be a common complaint for this unit, however it does not affect the drilling at all – it drills just fine.

Very well built, powerful motor, stable and easy to use, the only part that I did not like was the linear gear for the table vertical movement, is too loose and gets stuck when you try to rotate the table to use the oscillating sanding drum feature but in general is a good value machine and I am happy with it.
