Set up was fairly easy, but the instructions are not very well thought out. I used it the next day and it worked well. I drilled over 600 holes for a project. Had no issues, it drills pretty straight and no wobble that I can tell. The motor is 1/2 horse power but it did well. The Radial arm is the best part, did not have move my work around to complete the job, best part. Though I think drill presses in general are over priced, this one works well for my projects and the price was not too bad.
