Easy to use, lightweight and accurate. The battery doesn’t last as long as I would like as it does in the drill or impact driver, but I’ll get the bigger battery for this one. Still, it’s way easier at my off grid cabin than getting out the generator and firing it up just to make a couple of quick cuts.

Saw is light, powerful and long lasting on battery power. Cut guide marking is very accurate. Being light it is much easier to control than a corded unit so you can cut straight without using a clamp type edge guide.

I assume the unit is satisfactory. Unfortunately I returned the first device because blade bolt was stripped. The replacement device has the same problem but less severe. I am anxious to put it into operation.

I got this 20 volt cordless skilsaw as a gift. My wife thought I would like it and to my surprise it’s a decent saw. It’s light so cutting off rafter tails is was easier than doing it with a worm drive. I did purchase the optional 4 amp battery just because I don’t want to wait for the battery to charge. The saw blade is on the same side of the saw like a worm drive so it is easier to control than other brands that don’t.
