Over all Pretty good kit the only downfall is the 2.0 ah battery don’t last very long under heavy load but it definitely has power for the price and the charger ain’t cheaply made

Really good power! I bought for cutting down small trees that are 8″ diameter or less. With a good blade it cuts like butter. I bought a 4AmH battery and I have cut down 12 small trees with one charge. That includes cutting it down to burnable sizes.

Needed a cordless reciprocating saw but didn’t have much of a budget. I have a lot of Ryobi One stuff but felt their saw was a bit under powered and too much vibration. Everybody elses were expensive because you had to buy the battery pack and charger. Along came the Skill with everything I wanted at a great price, plenty of power, ease of handling. Just a really nice saw that didn’t break the bank. I highly recommend you look at this saw first, you’ll be surprised.

We have not had a chance to use this Skil saw much yet, but it is sturdy enough to cut medium tree branches easily. I appreciate the value of this product as the cost includes the battery & charger, almost all the others do not include the rechargeable battery which adds another $30 or more. This saw is lightweight, quiet and has a headlight that comes on while in use. Very nice compact saw.
