The Skil 4V rechargeable screwdriver performs excellently and saves my wrist. It is very compact and easy to handle. The ability to drive or remove screws simply by twisting left or right is a great convenience. The light helps me see what I am screwing. As a 4V screwdriver, it does not have a lot of torque, but it handles light screwing and makes the final tightening easier, since the screw is stable for the final seating. It does exactly what is expected and is very easy to hold and handle.

It should come with a case as well as Robertson screw bits – performance however is superb.

I bought the Rechargeable 4V Screwdriver with one specific project in mind, the removal of a large number of small screws in the overhead of my patio, which required much continual vertical stretching to reach. After a couple of tries, I found it particularly useful to start the loosening process in the conventional screwdriver mode and then shift to the power mode to quickly finish the process. It easily handled the removal of a couple of hundred small screws. Since completing that job, I have used it on several different occasions, and found it extremely versatile and easy to use. The compact storage case and bit holder is a definite plus.

Easy to use and nice features, but not enough power when lots of torque is needed.

It doesn’t have much torque, but it works great! I use it every day and it has replaced my favorite screwdriver in my bag of tools.

I have had one before, all i can say is its a little work horse.

One of the best tools I’ve ever bought for the price. Use it almost every day and it’s saved alot of time on jobs not having to hand thread.

Sweet little toy. I probably wouldn’t trust the circuit sensor as my primary tester, but it’s a great back up!

Works decently, but could be improved in two ways:1: It lacks torque. I found that it couldn’t turn threadlocked or rusted fasteners, even after I manually broke them loose. A more powerful motor would be nice.2: The manual drive clutch slips occasionally. This can be temporarily resolved by giving the tool a whack.

Has held strong these past few weeks with daily use. I very much enjoy using this type of drill! On some days I spend alot of my time changing outlets from old to new ones. It also fits in my bag perfectly and handles the small jobs with ease.

It’s a good tool over all. I’m used to a trigger activation a little more than the toggle type that this model has but have been pleased with the performance.

I’m happy to find a rechargeable screwdriver as my old AA one was always going through batteries. The circuit sensor works when touching the wire directly, but only occasionally when touching the box or receptacle. The bits included are very limited, so I have to carry another screwdriver to swap bits with, and use the manual screwdriver when a lot of force is required as the batteries don’t provide a lot of torque.

Good weight with a solid feel. High torque motor with intuitive controls. Voltage sensor works reliably.

great lil screwgun, been using it round the house for small items. it is compact but still wish it had a rotatable head to go 90 degrees. unfortunately the 90 degree guns are all still too big. they should sell this one with those bendable flexible shaft bits… then all would be solved.
