Purchased model 5608-1. Saw is excellent and LED guide light is valuable addition. However the Skilsaw blade provide was awful. I threw it away after 2 cuts in a DF 2×6.

My only regret is I did not reseach enough. If I had linked though this site to Home Depot I would not have overpaid by $10.Pure excellence on your part though. Replacing, or more like accompanying a 30 year old Porter Cable Saw Boss which is a well love but very different saw. Bought it on a wim to donate to a local Park I work at but it’s much to nice for the animals I work with. It will stay in my locker.
