This saw more then paid for itself in one job. Did a retainer wall out of 6×6 lumber. Cleaner cuts, less material waste from mistakes and saved an entire day of labor on the job. The employees liked the efficiency of only one cut.Needs a 20 amp circuit to run. Saw is well balancedIts huge and looks real cool.

Where do I start! After spending a couple of weeks cutting timbers with this saw i have nothing but positive things to say about it. Some of its features that stand out over its competition is its light weight, it’s well built solid base and its worm drive motor with its anti kickback clutch. I couldn’t be more impressed with this saw!

This saw is powerful and it was the depth of the cut that we needed.

A new wood chewing monster by the name of Sawsquatch has made an appearance in the shop. It is going to get some practice before we take on pergola construction. I am not one to just jump in and learn from mistakes, not with the price of the lumber we will be using. So, the first material will be four by four and five- and one-half square material. If this had been made with cast iron instead of magnesium, well, let’s just say I might have thought of going a different route to make these cuts. Next stop is to obtain some worm drive oil!The new pergola will not defeat me on the large cuts = bring it on!

This large saw allows me to cut straight through 4×4 or even 6×6 lumber with only one pass. It will even cut a 4×4 at a 45 degree angle. The worm gear drive is powerful and tends not to kick with proper feed. The included quick latch down stand makes transport easy without scratching my truck.

This saw is fantastic, it was able to cut through 5″ thick cherry with no problems at all. The blade that came with the saw cut very quick and left a very smooth edge. The dust hose does a great job of blowing the dust away from the operator too.

This is a very productive tool and I use it a lot more than I planned to. For instance; one of today’s tasks would have been 32 cuts with my 7 1/2″ skilsaw. I lined them all up, clamped them together, and made two cuts to finish. Less time, less variation, and it looks a lot better. I’m glad I bought it.
