Had an enjoyable time using this saw. The setup was easy I use the vacuum attachment also used a white cap black marlin blade. Setting the plunge Gage was easy and with the spring he was very comfortable plunging into the pool deck that I was cutting with the rubber Wheels it was easy going from transition to transition on my cuts. The saw powered through everything that I put it through I plunge it two inches I did 18 inch One Way 18 in another way 18 in another way make it a full Square which with the Worm Drive made everything really easy. I will be recommending this song for everybody that’s in my line and construction work it’s very easy easy to setup easy to use and very effective I must say I’ve really had an enjoyable time using this saw and experienced was great thank you so much.

Testing Medusaw on patio and residential floor proved to be able to cut straight, continuous joints without any problems. The big benefit I see in having the saw is that you can conduct joint cuts on patio’s and smaller jobs without having to load and unload a huge walk behind saw saving allot of time and effort. The saw is easy to use, has great plunge cut, depth set, water jet and GFCI features that just make the saw a winner. I really liked the saw on patio’s because unlike a walk behind saw, you don’t have to build a platform to start from in order to make a one pass cut or turn the saw around and back cut which if you don’t match up the back cut perfectly ruins the whole cut. GREAT JOB on this product!

Definitely heavy duty. I use it to cut stone and find it does the job easily. It would be especially good for cutting asphalt and concrete if you needn’t go deeper than two inches.

We received this concrete saw to use in our concrete polishing and micro topping training classes in NYC. This saw is more than powerful enough for cutting control and decorative joints in concrete or overlays and will not slow down under pressure. The saw has integrated roller wheels on the base plate which work quite well while following a line, no need for straight edge. There is a plunge lock feature for convenience and depth accuracy. The saw has an integrated dust collection port built into the unit which collects about 90% of the dust created while using the saw, there also a GFCI included on the power cord for safety. We will be demonstrating the proper use of this saw in our training classes.

I’ve never thought that a job could be completed so quickly!! It was very easy to use and it made a quick and professional cut that I left my customers impressed when they saw me using it. The think I like the most was that I could make a straight cut without having the need to you boards and weights to hold it down. One think that would suggest would be to make the guide on front the saw more sturdy and also tu be able to disconnect the water without having to turn of water valve. It would really help to make a quick wash to the surface before it dries. Besides those two things I love the saw. Thank you!!

Acquired this saw to create a condensation drain in a basement floor. A 2″x2″ cut was needed to place a condensation drain in the floor. Total cut length was over 45ft. Easy to adjust for depth of cut. Utilized the wet cutting attachment which allowed for faster cuts and a reduction in dust. Total time for the cuts were 30 minutes with minimal clean up. Saw was easy to control and produced straight, clean cuts. Was able to chip out concrete in approx. 40 min, total time for project just over 60 minutes! Saw lived up to my expectations from the SKILSAW brand!

I purchased this saw with the hopes of cutting granite stair treads for my porch project. I cut 24’ of 2” granite stair treads with the greatest of ease. Don’t cheap out on the blade and you will be amazed with this saw.

I have used this to channel out floor cracks. I have cut down 3/8″ along cracks to allow epoxy repairs. It ate right through the cement and rock. It was very responsive to shifting angles to follow the cracks. The one area it could not do was to cutout at the joint of wall to floor as the blade guard and front rollers limit how close to a vertical surface you can cut. The dust vacuum attached easily and did a good job of limiting dust spread.

good saw for cuts, vacuum or water cut the dust down well. Doesn’t follow the straight line as well as I hoped, I had to use a strait edge to get perfect decorative cuts

My crew is ecstatic about this saw. It is robust and feels like it will last forever. Some Key Points.1. Simple to setup and use.2. Water attachment is a cool design, it is sturdy and it shoots water on both sides of the blade.3. It is on the heavy side, but is comfortable to use and is stable during the cut.4. Blade installation is a breeze.5. Blade adjustment is accurate and easy to change.6. Cleanup is easy!We like it a lot!

I have honestly been waiting for years for someone to make it saw that I can use for decorative and expansion joint cuts..I actually modified my old skill saw before I got this one….I own soffcut concrete saws and and Engrave a Crete saws…I felt like the saw is here and it was late for its time but since it finally got here I’m happy It did..first The cut is great very accurate but you must follow front and rear guides…do not be fooled by the blade…it will drop in correctly as long as both guides are lined up…be careful the front guide is a little bit fragile..usually Skil saw’s can be manhandled but there’s a couple parts on here that are fragile…vacuum hook up is nice fits up to almost any size hose without changeing the tip,The dust collection could be a little bit better I think they should have covered the Blade side of the saw a bit,to get more suction.i’m running Pearl abrasive Diamond blade and it cuts just like the old Skil saw bee powerful..The hose for the water feature is great… built very well and sturdy but again the tips are a little bit fragile so you must be careful using it…all in all the saw is a great tool I think it will be hard for the old school contractors to adapt to it…The best thing about the saw for me is that it can be used for accurate cuts and expansion joint cuts need to be straight and deep..

Great saw for a even a novice at sawcuts in concrete. My garage was just built last December, and I wanted to add a little more flair to the garage floor than boring old concrete. I did a lot of research into decorative concrete cutting. I found other saws that are 5 times more expensive than the medusaw. But with this saw, you get the same effect. It does everything that’s needed to make your cuts. The plunge cuts are easy for getting your line started. The depth gauge and stop make it worry-free.I’m extremely happy with dust control. The vacuum I used may not have to power needed to completely get rid of the dust when cutting dry, but when cutting wet, you get ZERO dust.By using this saw, I’m saving myself a major expense, and I get what I really want out of my garage floor.
