I am a professional photographer, I use medium format cameras. When I connect the camera to the device to automatically download the images, the device overheats. But for normal use it is very good + a good design. THANKS

Does what I need it to, which is connect most of my peripherals and my two HDMI monitors. Definitely doesn’t work as I would have expected though. I bought a 100W USB-C charger to make sure the docking station was receiving full power and was able to then charge my laptop. Instead, the laptop constantly complained it wasn’t getting an optimum charge, and I was getting flickering/lost connections on one monitor and my webcam. I solved the solution by still plugging my laptop directly to power using the OEM charger, and plugging my webcam directly into my laptop. This seems to have reduced the power draw/issues on the docking station and everything is now working. Just not the easy plug-in / plug-out I was hoping for, as I have two additional things to now unplug.
