Made from drop forged steel, these durable high-leverage side cutting pliers built for work. The dual material grip provide a comfortable feel, while the case hardened cutting blades cut wire and cable with ease. These pliers feature a crimping die behind the joint for non-insulated connectors, lugs and terminals and a fish tape pulling channel.

These are a real nice heavy duty linesman. It fits good in your hands and is very solid. I like that is has a pipe reamer built in. It works real good for 1/2 and 3/4 pipe

these lineman’s feel right in my hand and open and close with ease, the crimper is perfect for stake-ons and ground barrels, The serrated outside edges work great when deburring conduit.

I’ve been using these a little over a month and I’ve been quite impressed. The crimper is a double crimper and works well. The jaw also grips well but isn’t so rough as to tear up the jacketing of NMD wire. The built-in pipe reamer hasn’t seen much action in pipe but has been used to clean out some knockouts and has worked well for that. Also, while some other reamers result in some sharp edges this plier is far more forgiving on the hands and fingers. The cutting edge also seems a touch longer than the previous linesmen pliers I’ve used. Not a huge advantage but the ability to cut that 1 extra cable is handy at times. They also seem to have really good leverage for their size.

They work very well. They will cut through more than just wire. The grip is very good and the handle is long and stiff for good leverage. They open a little more stiff than I would like but not to bad.

OK this is one of those tools that you find yourself grabbing for all the time. Its comfortable grips, powerful jaws that just beg for more.The built in grimper not to mention the file that is also on this to clean out an burs left over.
