The central bolt is a fine thread. I recommend that you brush off the threads with an old tooth brush to remove any dust. Then apply a few drops of oil. I used 20 W, but “3 in 1” oil is probably just fine. Given this treatment I expect that the device will serve me into the future.

Have not used yet but seems to be good, plastic container could be a little better.people using this product need to remember to grease threads on screw, otherwise they will bind and possibly ruin the tool.
