Based on the low sale price, I really wasn’t expecting much from this chair. But I am very impressed by how nice it actually is! It is very well made and extremely comfortable. And it is adjustable in so many ways that you could sit in it for hours in complete comfort. I have had 2 back surgeries and this is the 1st chair computer that actually made me feel better, not worse.

Great chair for my work from home office (thank you Covid for that). My only comment is that one of the holes for one of side covers was not done properly (manufacturer issue not B&H) so I could not put the plastic cover on that side. It’s very comfortable and supportive!

My first real gaming chair so not much to compare it to. Very supportive. Felt firm at first but once you break it in, its very comfy. Love the included pillows. Also love the way it looks and doesn’t break the bank!

Let me start off by saying this chair was great for about the first 3.5 months then the recline mechanism started allowing the chair to recline past the original point. now the reline lock mechanism is starting to fail as well as the backrest is starting to tear right bellow the cutouts for the lumbar pillow straps I’ve contacted Spieltek (gradus group) and they said that the back support is not a user-replaceable part which I find very odd due to the assembly required when you first get it In all honesty this chair needs to be replaced in just 6 months time I get its more of a budget option but I’ve had Walmart office chairs last longer If any one from gradus group is reading this please reach out to me to see if we can make things right seems you wont reply to my emails or phone calls anymore

It’s less comfortable than you would expect/hope for and the piston seems a bit cheaply made (I think it was leaking when I got it and have it struggles a little when going up and down.) These things are very minor though, it’s a very good-looking chair, easy to assemble, and very good for the price
